The states use six standard time zones: Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska and Hawaii-Aleutian. US territories add Atlantic Time (Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands), Chamorro Time (Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands) and Samoa Time. Since 2007, daylight saving time has run from 02:00 local time on the second Sunday of March to 02:00 on the first Sunday of November. Hawaii, most of Arizona and the territories do not change their clocks.
