1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of exactlocaltime.com, which is owned and operated by The AI Barn, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (hello@theaibarn.com). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site provides
ExactLocalTime provides free current-time pages, time zone information, a converter, a meeting planner and guides, for general reference.
3. Accuracy and critical use
We take time zone rules from the IANA time zone database and test our tools against it, but we do not guarantee that the site is free from errors or always available. Clocks depend on your device's clock being set correctly. Governments can change time zone rules at short notice, and there may be a delay before a change reaches the database and this site.
The site is not an official time signal, and it is not designed for safety-critical, navigation, legal, medical or financial timing. For flights, trains, legal deadlines, medical appointments, broadcasts or anything else where the exact time matters, confirm the time with the organisation responsible. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy large parts of it automatically for republication. Reasonable personal and business use, linking and sharing are welcome.
5. Intellectual property
The design, text and code of ExactLocalTime belong to The AI Barn, except where stated. Time zone data comes from the IANA time zone database, which is in the public domain. The Inter font is used under the SIL Open Font License. Short quotations with a link back are fine.
6. Advertising and links
The site shows adverts through Google AdSense and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of adverts or external sites.
7. Liability
The site is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including missed appointments or deadlines. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle data.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the current version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
