Find the Best Meeting Time
Select the main countries or cities your attendees are calling from. The planner checks the next seven days, shows selected attendees on a world map, groups good hours into meeting windows, highlights each attendee’s local time, and recommends varied options based on business-friendly hours.

How the meeting planner scores times
The planner favours times that fall between 08:00 and 20:00 in each selected location. Each attendee time is highlighted green, amber or red. Green means 08:00–20:00, amber means just outside that range, and red means the time is likely awkward. Amber results are broadly workable, blue results are the best compromise, and red results mean at least one attendee is outside normal hours. Results are grouped into windows so you do not get repeated identical recommendations.
Scheduling tip
Always confirm the calendar date as well as the time, because meetings across Asia, Europe, Australia and North America can cross into the next or previous day.
