Informational service

ExactLocalTime provides general time, date, time zone and meeting-planning information. The site is not an emergency, navigation, legal, medical, financial or transport scheduling service.

Accuracy and critical use

We aim to use recognised IANA time zone identifiers and current browser time zone data, but governments and authorities may change rules without notice. Clocks can also be affected by device, browser, network or data errors. Confirm critical times directly with the responsible airline, transport operator, court, medical provider, financial institution or other organisation.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal and ordinary business reference. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, overload the site, scrape it in a way that disrupts availability, or misrepresent site content as an official time signal.

Third-party services

The site may use analytics, advertising or links supplied by third parties. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not constitute endorsement.

Intellectual property

The site's original text, layout and branding are protected by applicable law. Factual time zone identifiers and public facts remain subject to their respective sources and legal status.

Availability and liability

The service may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, ExactLocalTime is not liable for loss caused by relying on the site for a critical deadline or event when independent confirmation was reasonably available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the service changes. Questions or correction requests can be sent through the contact page.
